It is construed with a dative. "For Aristophanes says these things not so much because he likes Prodicus as because he hates Socrates. For in the Birds he lambastes Prodicus."
Διαλοιδορεῖται. δοτικῇ συντάσσεται. ὁ γὰρ Ἀριστοφάνης οὐ φιλῶν Πρόδικον ταῦτά φησιν, ὅσον μισῶν Σωκράτην. ἐν γὰρ τοῖς Ὄρνισι διαλοιδορεῖται Προδίκῳ.
