[Meaning] tillage. But a)/rwma [spelled] with omega [means] a perfume. Also [sc. attested is the phrase] a)ro/simon kli/ma ["fruitful slope"], [meaning] that which is being ploughed.
Ἄρομα· τὸ ἀροτρίασμα. Ἄρωμα δὲ διὰ τοῦ ω μεγάλου τὸ μυρεψικόν. καὶ Ἀρόσιμον κλίμα, τὸ ἀροτριούμενον.
