[Meaning] discussion. "They gather together in councils, at which they hold discussions." Also [sc. attested are] deliberations [in the sense of] the mistakes [resulting] from absurd reasoning.
Διαβούλιον· ὁ διαλογισμός. συλλαμβάνονται ἐν διαβουλίοις, οἷς διαλογίζονται. καὶ Διαβούλια, τὰ ἐκ λογισμῶν ἀτόπων πταίσματα.
