Translation

[Meaning] remedial/remedy,¹ antidote.
Purifying and taking care of evil.²
Also [sc. attested is the vocative] a)leci/kake, that is evil-averter, one keeping terrible things away.³

Ἀλεξίκακον· ἀλεξιφάρμακον, ἀντιφάρμακον. κακίας καθαρτικὸν καὶ θεραπευτικόν. καὶ Ἀλεξίκακε, τουτέστιν ἀποτρόπαιε, ὁ τὰ δεινὰ ἀπείργων.
