Translation

[Meaning] she who gives birth to the best sons.

Ἀριστοτόκεια· ἡ ἀρίστους γεννῶσα.

Notes

Same entry, according to Adler, in the Ambrosian Lexicon.
The headword is a poetic feminine form of a)ristoto/kos (LSJ entry at web address 1); used at, and probably quoted here from, Theocritus (Idylls 24.73, vocative).
Compare dusaristoto/keia at Homer, Iliad 18.54, where Thetis, mother of Achilles calls herself this (the prefix not questioning his excellence but describing her misery).
