Translation
A festival among Athenians, celebrated on the last day of [the month] Pyanepsion,1 for craftsmen in general and bronze-smiths in particular, as Apollonius says.2 But Phanodemus maintains that the festival is celebrated not for Athena but for Hephaestus.3
