This Suda entry was taken over by ps.-Zonaras. Earlier, in Hesychius (epsilon2569) and Apollonius' Homeric Lexicon, the adjectivee)/mfulon -- from Homer, Odyssey 15.273 -- had been glossed as 'him from the same tribe'.
