Deinolochos, Deinolochus
Syracusan, or Akragantian, a comic poet. He was [born] in the seventy-third Olympiad, the son of Epicharmus, though some [say] his student. He produced 14 dramas in Doric dialect.
Δεινόλοχος, Συρακούσιος, ἢ Ἀκραγαντῖνος, κωμικός. ἦν ἐπὶ τῆς ογʹ Ὀλυμπιάδος, υἱὸς Ἐπιχάρμου, ὡς δέ τινες, μαθητής. ἐδίδαξε δράματα ιδʹ Δωρίδι διαλέκτῳ.
