[Meaning] well-fitting. "He ordered the soldiers to go in [sc. to the water]. For he was naturally gifted, above all else, in instilling with courage those being summoned and making them sympathetic."
Εὖ πεφυκώς· ἀρμόδιος. παρεκελεύετο ἐμβαίνειν τοὺς στρατιώτας. καὶ γὰρ ἦν εὖ πεφυκώς, εἰ καὶ πρὸς ἄλλο τι, πρὸς τὸ θάρσος ἐμβαλεῖν καὶ συμπαθεῖς ποιῆσαι τοὺς παρακαλουμένους.
