Translation

[Meaning] that which is written up or written clearly or known to everyone.¹
"[...] and ordering them to obey the Avars and have themselves recorded for payment of tribute."²

Ἀνάγραπτον· τὸ ἀναγεγραμμένον ἢ τὸ φανερῶς γεγραμμένον ἢ τὸ πᾶσιν ἐγνωσμένον. σφᾶς τε ὑπακούειν κελεύων Ἀβάροις καὶ ἐς φόρου ἀπαγωγὴν ἔσεσθαι ἀναγράπτους.
