Translation
[Meaning] the flaking of the scalp. From a)/xnh ["peeling-off"] [comes] a)xnw/r ; and losing the nu [it becomes] a)xw/r . It declines a)xw=ros [spelled] with an omega; like i)xw=ros ["of serous discharge"], [meaning] of putrid blood.
