Ἕτερος

[Meaning something] being distributed.¹ But [things] are distributed in four ways: one out of two, as [in] "one of the eyes"; two [taken] as one, like e(ka/teros ["each of two"]; one out of many, like a)/llos ["other"]; many [taken] as one, like e(/kastos ["each of many"].²
