Translation
[Meaning] you recognize, you understand.1 Sophocles [writes]: "[don't] you know, I am no longer subject to satisfy the gods at all." That is, I am not in such a condition that the gods ought to assist me, because I am not clinging to life. "I no longer owe service to the gods":2 meaning to do anything for the honor of the gods.
