"For the old man, as he drank through much time and listened to the pipe, very delighted by the thing, never stops dancing the night away to those old songs with which Thespis used to compete" .
Διὰ πολλοῦ χρόνου· ὁ γὰρ γέρων, ὡς ἔπιε διὰ πολλοῦ χρόνου, ἤκουσέ τ' αὐλοῦ, περιχαρὴς τῷ πράγματι, ὀρχούμενος τῆς νυκτὸς οὐδὲν παύεται τἀρχαῖ' ἐκεῖν', οἷς Θέσπις ἠγωνίζετο.
