Translation
When it means I have authority and I rule, it is construed with a genitive;1 but when it means I make [someone] king, with an accusative.2 "And this one alone of all he treated with inappropriate kindness, both to save and to enthrone the one who was improperly saved and who improperly came to the throne."3

- 2LSJ entry at web address 1. The construction with the genitive is normal. The causal use of the verb with an accusative occurs in the Septuagint: Judges 9.6, 1 Kingdoms 8.22, 12.1. ↩
