Same or similar entry in other lexica. The headword is the third-person plural, imperfect indicative, of the verb diarrikno/omai. LSJ (citing Cratinus fr. 219 Kock, now 234 K.-A.) translate as "draw up and twist the body (of an unseemly kind of dance)" (web address 1).
