Translation
[Meaning] change! From a metaphor of clothes which are dirty and being turned inside out. For changing the part next to the body to the outside is called turning a garment inside out. Change, he is saying, your ways; alter [them]. Aristophanes in Clouds [writes]: "turn your manner inside out as quickly as possible."1
