Translation
[I have come] differs from I return [kate/rxomai ]. It means to go into the city, when someone has a share in the homeland; but when an exile comes, he returns [kate/rxetai ]. Aristophanes in Frogs [writes]: "anyone who has a homeland can come into the land, for without other misfortune he has come. But a man who is an exile both comes and returns."1
