Translation
This [sc. proverb] is applied to those who are unjust and are conceding nothing. It is similar to: "a saffron-robe1 is not fitting for a weasel".

Γαλῇ χιτών· αὕτη ἐπὶ τῶν ἀδίκων τάσσεται καὶ μηδὲν ἀνιέντων. ὁμοία ἐστὶ τῇ, οὐ πρέπει γαλῇ κροκωτός.
