Notes
- Neuter nominative/accusative singulars. For the headword's intensifying prefix lai- cf. lambda 187, lambda 188. The present compound, unattested outside lexicography, presumably means 'of excessive years' (cf. epsilon 3329).
[But NB: Dr Nick Nicholas suggests a quite different interpretation of this entry, citing Hesychius lambda163 s.v.la/iton: a)rxei=on and ps.-Zonaraslai/eton: to\ a)rxei=on ; see under lambda 202.]
