fa/la (as here) andfala/ , is unattested outside lexicography; Theodoridis on Photius phi28 obelizes it.
Most lexica have this glossing phrase (with the Etymologicum Magnum deriving the headword fromfa/w 'shine'), except Hesychius:h( mikra\ ka/ra 'a small head'.
