Notes (1)

  1. Likewise in ps.-Zonaras. The headword (presumably extracted from the quotation given) is the future participle, masculine accusative singular, of the verb a)nama/xomai.
Adler notes (but does not adopt) maxh/samenon rather than maxesa/menon as a manuscript variant for the glossing participle.
  2. 1Quotation (transmitted, in Adler's view, via the Excerpta Constantini Porphyrogeniti) unidentifiable. ↩
