Translation

Unaspirated, [it is] what they say for up, and a)ne/kaqen¹ [is] from above. Eupolis in Autolycus [writes]: "and you, disgusting, lifted up your leg."² Crates in Heroes [writes]: "[bring up] your neck from the earth, looking up at them."³
