Also [sc. attested is the the aorist infinitive] a)poiki/sai ["to emigrate"],² [meaning] to settle a city on a deserted [site].³ Also [sc. attested are] a)/poikoi ["emigrants"], [meaning] those being sent to settle on a deserted site. But e)/poikoi in a city [is a word used] in Thucydides.⁴
