Translation

He too [was] a comic poet.¹
Among his plays is Girl Piper, as Athenaios says in the tenth [book] of the Deipnosophists.² But in the 12th [book] he says that Heiress and Festival-Attenders also [sc. are by Diodoros].³

Διόδωρος, καὶ αὐτὸς κωμικός. τῶν δραμάτων αὐτοῦ ἐστιν Αὐλητρίς, ὡς Ἀθήναιος ἐν τῷ δεκάτῳ τῶν Δειπνοσοφιστῶν λέγει. ἐν δὲ τῷ ιβʹ φησίν, ὅτι καὶ Ἐπίκληρος καὶ Πανηγυρισταί.
