Translation
[Meaning] I was having sex with. Herakles says to Dionysos, "Where in the world had you gone off to?"1 And he says, "I was mounting Kleisthenes." "Mounting" is used for having sex with [someone]; from a metaphor of animals, which have sex by mounting.2 Kleisthenes gets reviled in comedy for his shamelessness. He was smooth-cheeked and that made him look like a eunuch. They also mock Kleisthenes for feeling unnatural lusts. The word "I was mounting" [is] nasty.
