Translation

"Some [say that she is] Artemis, others the moon,¹ appearing in strange manifestations for those invoking curses. Her manifestations [are] humans dragon-headed and of immense size, so that the sight stupefies those who see [it]."

Ἑκάτην· οἱ μὲν τὴν Ἄρτεμιν, οἱ δὲ τὴν σελήνην, ἐν φάσμασιν ἐκτόποις φαινομένην τοῖς καταρωμένοις. τὰ δὲ φάσματα αὐτῆς δρακοντοκέφαλοι ἄνθρωποι καὶ ὑπερμεγέθεις, ὡς τὴν θέαν ἐκπλήττειν τοὺς ὁρῶντας.

An approximation of ps.-Nonnus' Commentaries on the Orations of Gregory of Nazianzus [a.k.a. Scholia Mythologica] 39.10. For Hekate see already epsilon 361 and epsilon 363 and again epsilon 365. The present headword is the name of the goddess in the accusative case, which is how it appears in the original source.
