- The headword adjective
ei)na/lios (already under alpha 4211) is a poetic version ofe)na/lios (cf. epsilon 1107, and see also under beta 458).
It is applied to Nereus in Aristophanes, Thesmophoriazusae 325, and to a 'god' who is Poseidon in Sophocles, Oedipus at Colonus 888.
