Translation

[Meaning] upright, orderly, honorable.¹
"Uranius the revered magistrianus has returned the sacred scriptures to the most holy archbishop Calandion."²
Also [sc. attested is the perfect middle/passive infinitive] kaqwsiw=sqai ["to be made holy"].

Καθωσιωμένος· ἔννομος, κόσμιος, τίμιος. Οὐράνιος ὁ καθωσιωμένος Μαγιστριανὸς εὐσεβῆ γράμματα ἀποδέδωκε τῷ ὁσιωτάτῳ ἀρχιεπισκόπῳ Καλανδίωνι. καὶ Καθωσιῶσθαι.

[1] The headword, already at kappa 124, is the masculine singular nominative present middle/passive participle of kaqosio/w, here defined adjectivally.
