Translation
In reference to women being debauched and giving birth. A 'cell' [is] the cover of the acorn, where the acorn is situated. "Both in each and every other respect and in having a penis like yours, bent just like a cell".

Λέων, λέων σοι γέγονεν ἔκμαγμα σόν· ἐπὶ τῶν μοιχευομένων καὶ τικτουσῶν γυναικῶν. κύτταρος δὲ τὸ πῶμα τῆς βαλάνου, ὅπου ἐγκάθηται ἡ βάλανος. τά τ' ἄλλα ἁπαξάπαντα καὶ τὸ πόσθιον τῷ σῷ προσόμοιον, στρεβλὸν ὥσπερ κύτταρον.
