The same entry is given in e.g. Hesychius (mu525) and Photius mu179 Theodoridis, where the editor (following Dobree) obelizes the transmitted headword meqarmozo/menos as an error for meqormizo/menos "changing anchorage". Thus the present entry will be a faulty doublet of mu 436 (q.v.).
