Translation
[Meaning] priestesses. "All the mystically consecrated sacrificing-women, having been left behind with the sacred equipment and raising their naked swords, and having their hands full of blood and even their faces, but1 they had been anointed from the sacred offerings, en masse at one signal charged at Battos, so that they might remove him from still being a man."
