Translation
Name of a mountain.
Greek original · Adler’s text
Τίρυνθος· ὄνομα ὄρους.
Betacode
*ti/runqos: o)/noma o)/rous.
Notes
- Not independently attested as such. The present headword is in fact the genitive case of Tiryns, an ancient (and un-mountainous) city in the NE Peloponnese, and the entry was perhaps generated by its mention in upsilon 108.
Adler reports a comparable entry in the Ambrosian Lexicon.
