Translation
[sc. So called] since death came in violation of nature, but resurrection is according to nature. For the first-formed [man] was deathless before his transgression. The word is resurrection [anastasis] because the body, polluted by sin, is set straight through righteousness. For if Adam1 had abided by the command, he would have kept on living. So resurrection then is the second state [stasis] and the end of the forbearance of God.
