1. This plural headword is neuter (as here) in Hesychius and elsewhere but feminine in Photius. Both genders are legitimate (see LSJ s.v.) but the neuter seems to be what is quoted here, very probably from Nicophon fr. 4 Kock/K.-A. (cf. Pollux 10.156).
