[*)enepi/skhmma ] and [sc. also attested is the related verb] e)nepiskh/yasqai ["to make a claim on confiscated property"]. Whenever anyone's property had been confiscated by the state, it was permitted to the denouncer to come forward and become a creditor of the man and say that a debt is owed him on the property; and this is called a claim on confiscated property and [sc. to do so is] to make a claim on confiscated property.
