1. The headword is attested only here and, according to Adler, in a comparable but not identical entry in the Ambrosian Lexicon (898). Perhaps a proper name; alternatively a variant of e)neo/s ("dumb, speechless"), or connected with Hesychius' entry -- itself dubious -- e)nei/ous: pra|/ous, h)\ pra|/as. This suggests a possible relationship with e)nhh/s (epsilon 1303, and see also epsilon 1316).
