Notes (4)

  1. 1Imperfect of r(e/w, third person singular (cf. epsilon 2922); presumably extracted from the quotation immediately following. ↩
  2. 2Aelian fr. 350 Domingo-Forasté (354 Hercher), quoted also in alpha 1661. ↩
  3. 3Likewise in Photius, Lexicon epsilon1952. ↩
  4. 4Aristophanes, Lysistrata 336-37 (web address 1), with scholia. The infinitive e)/rrein here is from e)/rrw "go slowly, go to one's harm": cf. epsilon 2916, epsilon 2939. ↩
