*)ekti=lai: a)pospa/sai.
Notes
- The headword is aorist active infinitive of the verb
e)kti/llw . In Hesychius epsilon1720, where it is glossed withe)ktina/cai ('to expel/shake out'), Latte plausibly claims it as quoted from Ecclesiastes 3.2 LXX.
The Suda's glossa)pospa/sai is not precisely paralleled elsewhere, but Adler compares Theodoret (PG 80.1256) on Psalms 51.7 LXX: the psalm hase)kti/lai (sic) and Theodoret's discursive comment includes the participlea)naspa/sas (sic).
