Translation

Demosthenes in the [speech] For Ktesiphon [sc. mentions him].¹ He was one of the pro-Macedonians and those criticized for taking bribes.
Amongst his plays is Philinna, according to Athenaeus in Deipnosophists.²

Ἡγήμων· Δημοσθένης ἐν τῷ ὑπὲρ Κτησιφῶντος. εἷς ἦν τῶν Μακεδονιζόντων καὶ τῶν ἐπὶ δωροδοκίᾳ διαβεβλημένων. τῶν δραμάτων αὐτοῦ ἐστι Φιλίννα, ὡς Ἀθήναιος ἐν Δειπνοσοφισταῖς.
