Notes (2)

  1. 1Likewise in Photius and elsewhere; and cf. the related verb at kappa 2557. ↩
  2. 2Aristophanes, Thesmophoriazusae 179 (more fully at sigma 792), with scholia pleniora. This quotation contains not the headword but the feminine dative singular of the adjective koino/s (cf. kappa 2558); but in the passage quoted kainh=|, "new", is the preferred reading (web address 1). ↩
