The headword -- present middle/passive participle, nominative singular feminine, of (apparently)perilaki/zw -- is otherwise unattested, but is perhaps a variant of (or error for)perilakizoume/nh . The latter is attested in -- and only in -- Gregory of Nyssa, Encomium to the 40 Martyrs 1, (PG 46.763), where the feminine noun governing it issa/rc "flesh".
