Notes (2)

  1. 1The headword, presumably extracted from the quotation given, is dative plural of the feminine noun tummh/, a rare variant of neuter tu/mma, related to the verb tu/ptw (tau 1182). ↩
  2. 2Quotation unidentifiable. (Adler notes Valckenaer's attribution of it to Aelian.) ↩
