Translation

The [verb that means] to bring an action afresh. So Isaeus [sc. uses the term].¹ Hence also the [phrase] 'renewed motions',² those being brought afresh, whenever the witnesses have been convicted of false witness.

Ἀναδικάσασθαι· τὸ ἄνωθεν δικάσασθαι. οὕτως Ἰσαῖος. ἐντεῦθεν καὶ τὸ ἀνάδικοι κινήσεις, αἱ ἄνωθεν δικαζόμεναι, ὅταν ἁλῶσιν οἱ μάρτυρες ψευδομαρτυριῶν.
