Translation

[Meaning he/she/it] stays, lives. "I am delighted only by those eyes, in which a sweet hope resides".¹
Also [sc. attested is] e)/ndios in Homer, [meaning] of noontime.²
Also [sc. attested is] e)/ndia: "the threefold arcades³ of eastern [semi-]circles lie open".⁴

Ἐνδιάει· ἔνεστι, διατρίβει. ὄμμασι μούνοις θέλγομαι, οἷς ἐλπὶς μείλιχος ἐνδιάει. καὶ Ἔνδιος παρὰ Ὁμήρῳ, ὁ μεσημβρινός. καὶ Ἔνδια· τρισσὰ μὲν ἀντολικῶν ἀναπέπταται ἔνδια κύκλων.

The headword, from the mainly poetic verb e)ndia/w "I stay in the open air", is presumably extracted from the first quotation given (though ps.-Zonaras s.v. does not have it, and other instances are known: Aelian, On the nature of animals 10.49; Greek Anthology 4.3.143; Oppian, Cynegetica 4.81).
