*skidna/menos: skorpizo/menos.
Notes
- Likewise in Synagoge sigma120 and Photius sigma328 Theodoridis. Further references in Theodoridis' apparatus. If the headword participle (from
ski/dnhmi , a variant of sigma 554) is quoted from somewhere in this nominative form, possible sources are Plutarch, Moralia 507A, or commentary to Dionysius Periegetes 48, where the text of Dionysius readsa)poskidna/menos , but Eustathius in his commentary (28) seems to know a version with the uncompoundedskidna/menos . On the other hand the original might be in an oblique case; cf. Hesychius sigma981 (genitive case, derived according to Latte from Gregory of Nazianzus PG 37.987.1).
