Translation
These men live in Caria, 60 stades away from Halicarnassus, according to Polemon.1 But Telmissos2 [is] a city in Lycia, [named] after Telmissos the son of Apollo and one of the daughters of Antenor [Author, Myth], with whom [Apollo] mated after changing [her] into a puppy, and hence made him a soothsayer; so [says] Dionysios in Foundations.3
