Μάττοντας
kneading

Translation
[Meaning them who are] eating a lot. [The verb comes] from barley-meal being kneaded. Aristophanes [writes]: "and Herakles-es kneading". These things are hinting at Euripides, who created a hungry Herakles and a cowardly Dionysos and a seducer Zeus and a weeping slave.
