The [verb that means] I hunt. Also [sc. attested is the related noun] a)grw=stai, [meaning] huntsmen, from the verb a)grw/ssw. Homer [writes]: "[he] goes hunting fish".
Ἀγρώσσω· τὸ ἀγρεύω. καὶ Ἀγρῶσται, οἱ κυνηγέται, ἀπὸ τοῦ ἀγρώσσω ῥήματος. Ὅμηρος· ἰχθῦς ἀγρώσσων.
