Notes (5)
- Likewise in the Synagoge (upsilon20) and Photius (upsilon40 Theodoridis), similarly elsewhere. The entry includes related verb and noun forms, all presumably quoted from somewhere, perhaps from Aelian (cf. note 5 below).
- 1A (presumably) quoted phrase which includes the aorist active infinitive of
ui(o/w ; cf. upsilon 129. Forqeto/s ('adopted' -- literally 'placed'), see theta 295. ↩ - 2Dative singular of
ui(/wsis . ↩ - 3Aorist middle of
ui(o/w , third person singular. ↩ - 4Accusative plural of
ui(/wsis . ↩ - 5Aelian fr. 183 Domingo-Forasté (180 Hercher), covering, faute de mieux, everything in this entry. ↩
